The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Merchandise
All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, HOW IS, with NO guarantees, refunds, returns, warranties, or exchanges. By purchasing a pallet, you understand that the merchandise is NOT all brand new and it is NOT guaranteed to be in perfect condition UNLESS otherwise noted. The merchandise is a mixture
of overstock, store return, unclaimed freight, and liquidation. In no way does Savannah Liquidation guarantee merchandise to be new or in perfect condition. Furthermore, Savannah Liquidation is in no way responsible for the product on or in each pallet. You are responsible for the pallet you choose; there is no guarantee you will make a profit if you decide to resell the product.
If, for any reason, you cannot take your pallet with you, you may leave it at our warehouse until 2pm the FIRST Saturday after purchase. After 2pm Saturday, Savannah Liquidation may reclaim and dispose of your merchandise with no refund or exchange.
