What are the tickets for?
We hand out tickets starting 2 hours before every sale. All they do is hold your spot in line for when we open for the new pallets. Everyone will be let inside in a single file line, in the order of the ticket numbers.
How do you purchase a pallet?
Every available pallet will have a blue price tag on them with the price written in sharpie. To claim a pallet just pull the tag.
What payments do we take?
We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and cards. All cards will have a 3% processing fee.
How long do you have to pick up your pallet?
We can hold your pallet for up to 2 business days. A storage fee of $20 per pallet per day will be added IF no notice is given. After 10 days, the unclaimed pallets will be resold. NO refund will be given per signed customer waivers.
What is the condition of these items?
All of the items we sell are UNTESTED customer returns, overstock, and box damage sold in “AS IS” condition.
WE DO NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS-IS.
