Savannah Liquidation began as two guys just looking for some extra cash. If only we knew the journey this would take us on. We started out simply buying a few pallets at a time and ended up buying our first truckload to break down and resell just two months later! Within two years of buying our very first truckload we have gone from leasing 3000 sq ft in an old mechanic shop, to a 22,000 sq ft warehouse that receives truckloads daily.

What sets us apart from the rest? We started small. We know what it’s like —we’ve woken up at 4 am to fight crowds for the hope that we’d get the pallets we came for. We started by doing exactly what our customers are doing now, except we keep so much in stock there’s plenty for everyone! The insight we have that most others in this business do not, is that we know retail value means nothing. Most customers get about 50% of retail value when they resell their product. We try to keep everything at 20-30% OF retail or less! We’ve gone from buying from brokers to getting our own contracts with some of the biggest retailers in the country. Our biggest suppliers currently are HD and AMZ, but we source from most other national retailers as well.

From buying 1 to 2 truckloads a month to 1 to 2 truckloads a week, to now having anywhere from 10 to 20 truckloads at any given time, we know pallets!
