Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Merchandise
You have 7 days from auction close to pick up. Failure to pay and/or pick up timely will result in a ban from future auctions and a $100 reinstatement fee. Storage past agreed upon pickup date will be $10 per day per item.
Available for pickup: Mondays-Thursdays 12pm-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – please read before participating:
1 10% Buyers Premium will be added to each auction.
2 Items can be picked up at our warehouse located at: 503 E 37th St, Savannah, GA 31401
3 Failure to pay/pickup will result in person being banned from the page.
4 Local pickup only.
5 Chatham County sales tax of 7% will be added to all purchases.
6 All items are tested and have a 7 day return policy. This auction will contain a mixture of overstock and store returns. If there is a discrepancy in an auction (item shown on auction not present) please let us know within 7 days of pickup.
